SBCHC’s Dental Program strives to improve the oral health of our patients and our community by providing high-quality dental care and education at our clinic, and by providing community-based early intervention and prevention programs.
Our dental outreach program provides oral health education and dental screenings to our community partners including local schools.
Our dental clinic provides quality dental care for the prevention, detection and treatment of oral health concerns including: chair side education on preventing cavities including nutritional counseling, caries risk assessments, tele-dentistry, x-rays, exams, cleanings, sealants, restorations, sedation, extractions, simple root canals and emergency care.
Our experienced dental team is committed to making quality dental care accessible for families in need, ensuring every child has the opportunity for a healthier future.
Eligibility and Fees:
Children and adolescents of all ages, and young adults up to age 25
Proof of income is required
We accept Medi-Cal & Liberty Dental HMO
Income-based sliding fee scale is available
Community Outreach
We believe in reaching out to the community to promote oral health awareness and provide initial access to care through:
Oral health education and dental screenings at local schools.
Participation in various community events to connect with youth and their families.
Our community outreach efforts aim to introduce our dental program and emphasize the importance of early and consistent oral health practices.
